Film Stars Don't Die In Liverpool

Based on the memoir by the same name written by Pete Turner, Film Stars Don’t Die In Liverpool tells the true story of how Pete (Jamie Bell), an unknown actor meets and falls for Oscar winner and legendary actress Gloria Grahame (Annette Bening), who after having some severe health concerns moves in with Peter’s family in Liverpool.

The stunning cinematography, showing the style and life in the late 70’s, was captured by DOP Ula Pontikos with DIT Thomas Patrick. Video Playback duties were handled by Alec Garner.

Director Paul McGuigan captures the essence of this beautiful tale. Produced by EON Productions, of James Bond fame, it’s a great cinematic piece that’s sure to capture the hearts of viewers worldwide.
