The Hurricane Heist

When a category 5 hurricane hits a town in Alabama, a bunch of robbers use the opportunity to stage a heist on a US treasury mint facility. It’s up to storm chasers Will and Breeze (Toby Kebbell and Ryan Kwanten respectively) and cop Casey (Maggie Grace) to stop them, in this high octane, fast action picture.

Directed by Rob Cohen of The Fast and The Furious fame, and with cinematographer Shelly Johnson at the helm of the cameras, The Hurricane Heist is one exciting and wild ride with incredible practical and visual effects. DIT’s Chris Nunn and Neil Gray took care of the colouring and Digital Lab duties, in a shoot that took place in Sofia, Bulgaria and Manchester, United Kingdom.
